United Way Project Blueprint: Graduation Class XXVII

United Way of Greater Houston honored diverse leaders at the May 8 graduation of United Way Project Blueprint Class XXVII. Eighteen graduates completed the rigorous curriculum that has prepared them to become effective board leaders. Ana Calvo Honored with 2008 Commitment to Leadership Award

Congratulations to Ana Calvo, recipient of United Way of Greater Houston's 2008 Dorothy F. Caram Commitment to Leadership Award.

Calvo is a role model and an inspiration to others, using her personal experiences to demonstrate that they too can achieve their dreams. Steven L. Miller, chairman and president of SLM Discovery Ventures, Inc., and last year's award recipient, presented Liberato with the distinguished Robert W. Kneebone Award.
